Waldner is on the move with great strides. What began in 1908 in the manageable premises of a plumber's workshop now extends to 65,000 m² of production space in Wangen, in the Allgäu region of Germany. This is where the heart of production beats and where the know-how of 1,100 employees is concentrated. Committed and innovative minds that give the excellent quality of our products a face. For many diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, research, education, medicine, food, animal nutrition, analytics, automotive, industry and biotech.

100,000 Yoghurt Pots per Hour

Our packaging machines’ filling rate is truly impressive. However, our core is determined by other figures: first and foremost, 1,700 people who work for Waldner – including 115 apprentices in 15 professions. Followed by 256 patents and over 110 years of experience in our DNA. We are currently implementing solutions for more than 10 industries, developing and producing on an area of 65,000 m² and generating sales of over €350 million per year. A dynamic that we are jointly driving forward.

Environmental protection in practice

Where there’s a will there’s also a way

We have decided to take conscious action at our site in Wangen. 98% of our heat demand is generated by production residue from wood production. Recycling also plays a part in our frame production. Excess powder in the powder-coating process is vacuumed up and reused. Eliminating aluminium in the machine panels of our filling systems is yet another energy-saving step. And we plan on doing more! We already meet the highest standards in environmental and energy management and are PEFC and ISO-certified.
